Pearl@enstek is build on lot sizes of 40’X100’, 40’ X 140’, and 50’ X 100’ with built-ups ranging from 3,347 sq ft to 4,217 sq ft for the semi-detached priced from RM917,300 to RM 1,671,300.

To date, more than 70% of the above mentioned properties projects have been snapped up.
